To assure that all kinds of personal rights of academic and administrative staff, which are stipulated in the legislation, are fully and accurately implemented as soon as possible, as being reliant on ethical values by adopting the principles of confidentiality, to supply human resource planning, procurement and training with teamwork ; to help all of our staff to work with high morale and motivation.
OUR VISION
By utilizing from the best technology in the manpower planning of the university, to determine the personnel policy in the light of scientific data, to make suggestions on the development of the personnel system. To apply procedures for assignment, personal and retirement jobs of university staff. to raise the education levels of the administrative staff up to the highest levels by coordinating pre-service and in-service training programs.
